Cancellation policy

Your appointment is firmly reserved for you: treatment room, team and time are set aside especially. If you cannot keep an appointment, please let us know early so that we can offer the time to other patients.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, by phone on 061 426 97 97 or by e-mail to info@zahnarzt-weiherschloss.ch. For Monday appointments, please notify us by the Friday before.

Short-notice cancellations and missed appointments

If you fail to appear without excuse or cancel too late, the reserved treatment time may be charged.

Illness and emergencies

In case of sudden illness or urgent exceptional situations we will find a solution together. Simply contact us as early as possible.
